FS: 1972 Chevrolet CST K5 Blazer 4X4 Restoration Project

$10,000.00 cash without the engine (I want to keep the engine for another project)!!!! Everything listed goes with the Blazer.

$13,000.00 cash with the engine (I have full reciepts for everything in it, less then 25 miles)!!!!!

I had my 1972 K5 4X4 Blazer Tub media blasted and prepared for paint. It is completely ready for paint and I am going to sell my entire Blazer. I have over $20,000.00 in receipts for parts alone. You will not find a better Blazer out there period!

No expence has been spared to date and I just dont have the time to finish it. I would be willing to sell it the way it is right now for the right price. The only things that it still needs is carpet and sill plates. I have everything else to finish it, it even runs and drives at this time.

A friend has already been paid to finish all the preperation work on all panels. I was going to have it painted Black so I wanted everything perfectly straight. The tub is all done, the front fenders are almost finished, the tailgate is almost finished, the doors are almost finished and the hood only needs a little work to be perfect. Every piece of the body has been media blasted, coated in DP90 then Semprimed and blocked till straight in preperation for the final coat of Black.

I also have a picture book to document the restoration to date.

I am selling either the Blazer or the 69, one of them has to go. I have even more high resolution pictures (about 20) for anyone interested.

This is a picture of the dash. Most on this site have seen many pictures of this Blazer during the extensive restoration.

The tub is the main portion of the body, from the firewall back. The tub would not include doors or any other removeable parts.

I am willing to sell it with or without the engine. I want $13,000 with the engine and $10,000 without the engine. It runs, drives and everything works except the a/c (need to finish hook-up and charge the system) the way it is right now.

These next pictures were just taken last weekend, keep in mind that it is a little dusty from being in storage for almost 2 years.

That seat has been in over 20 vehicles in the last 10 years. It is a good little step for the garage. I hope to start on my 1932 Roadster once I buy my next house.

passenger floor board

You can see that the floor has welds on it where the seats bolt down. The only thing I can think is there were cracks there at some time and they welded them. There is no rust there or replacement metal just the welds.
