69 c10 starting issues
hi everyone. I am having a real time trying to figure this out. What is happening, is that my truck starts sometimes but other times it doesn't. Or it will click for a second then all of the sudden I lose everything and battery has no reading on gauge and no lights either. could this be an ignition switch possibly? I went and bought a brand new battery and same issue. I know starter is fine.

Re: 69 c10 starting issues
Does it have the plastic junction box next to the battery where the hot wires come together? Sometimes that gets a bad connection and can give you those symptoms.

Yep, bad ground or bad connection on the low current + side.
