Correct Duplicolor blue engine color for 1977 Chevy Suburban
Anyone have experience with using Dupli-color engine paint? There are two colors and part numbers for blue and my engine was painted Ford blue so I have no reference to which one is the right color. from the over spray where he missed a couple small spots its a light blue...

General Motors blue would be the correct paint for this era.
Chevy blue was used in 50s, maybe even 40s. Specifically the blue flame six. The blue is lighter because it fades considerably I like the blue that came on these trucks. Here's a 78: And the before: |
