I replaced my coil resistor wire a couple years ago when I switched to HEI and, if I recall correctly, these are what you need. Not 100% sure though. You can probably find them locally. Maybe someone can confirm.

I don't know of an original replacement, but I do know about these!
Amazon.com: Delphi Weatherpack Bulkhead Kit... This might help. Sorry I can't give you more info!
