Ram assist steering.
Hey all, I tried to post in parts but access denied. Anyways I've been messing with this ram assist steering on my 68 c10 and Its easy one way hard to steer the other, tried centering the control valve but it just make my pump whine and the control valve is leaking after putting in new seals. Does anyone know the fix or does anyone have a regular 2wd drag link from a 67-70 so I can just get rid of the ram assist steering? Thanks in advance. ---Joey

Re: Ram assist steering.

Re: Ram assist steering.
I did find the center link at a junk yard in Tulsa, it seemed a bit pricey but I got one coming.

The ram assist works flawlessly in my '68 C-20 CST and doesn't leak a drop. Has 98,000 miles on it. LockDoc
