Re: How much do these weight?
Two guys can do it if everything is stripped off the cab...doors, interior, glass, everything. If not, four guys needed. One on each "corner".

Re: How much do these weight?
You could fab up a quick block and tackle frame setup and that would make it a bunch easier.
The bed is a piece of cake. 2 guys can do it but 4 would make it a bunch easier. I have done a short bed by myself. Was not easy and it took quite a few steps but got it done. As for the cab, it really depends on how far you have it stripped down. 4-5 people if it is stripped down. The fifth is just to help balance it as the firewall side can be a bit a bit heaver side. If it is not stripped down then what you really need to do is lift it straight up and rest it on something so you can roll the chassis out from underneath it.

Re: How much do these weight?
Taking the tires off helps a lot with the bed, you don't have to lift it over them, and if you have walking it off the back of the frame they don't get in your way.
My wife and I did my short bed. I did a cab with two people too. Like the others say four people for each job helps a lot, but two cab get it done if necessary.
