Opinions?
Photoshopped these wheels on this truck. Mainly seen on Cobra's but a popular mid 60's race type wheel.
Always looking for something different!

Hard to tell from the pic...it may be my monitor since the wheels look very dark. Are they the 8 spoke EMPI style Euro wheel. If they are, I love them but have never seen them on one of our trucks. I really like the centers painted the body color of the truck but that is just me. It's your truck...and it looks great...if you like it...go for it!

They actually have a cast finish center with polished rim and some of the raised surfaces of the inner wheel. They also have a 3 bar knock off.
These are similar to the wheels found on the 427 Cobra's and are made be one of the replica wheel companies.......I'm just fond of a more "racey" look. Love the torque thrust's, but everyone has em!!

Here's a pic of the wheel that I used with photoshop.
I know they are most recognized as a "Ford" wheel, but I've also seen them on some vintage mid 60's road race vette's like the Gran Sport.

I think they look good. With the closer pic, they definately are not the Empi wheels, like on VW's, but I wonder how Empi might look on these trucks. Halibrands are a high quality wheel too.

Here's another pic of the same wheel with some extra polishing.
A company by the name of Team3 makes these wheels. I'm not even sure if Halibrand is still in business. Haven't been able to get on to their website lately.

.....and another cuz I'm sittin around board!!!
I know it's a Ford.......but even a die hard Ford hater can't dislike a Cobra.........big cubic inches + lightweight chassis = so much fun it will take a plastic surgeon to remove the smile from your face!

Honestly- I don't care for them a bit. There are too many other sweet looking wheels out there to go with than those. ............Jerry

I like them because they are different, so many of the wheels out there look exactly the same.
Go for it

I'm sure they'd laugh if they were empies.......but they're not.
They can be had in the 5/5 bolt pattern. http://team3wheels.com
