exhaust leak
I have a 2000 c3500 with the 7.4l. The exhaust was leaking out the gasket where the pipes and cats bolt up underneath. I changed the gasket but the flange is warped and is still leaking in several places. Any suggestions?

Re: exhaust leak
it's blown out again. Any fixes for this besides total replacement?

Re: exhaust leak
The auto parts stores used to sell a tube of exhaust pipe joint sealer. You might look for that.

Re: exhaust leak
Very common on GMT400 trucks, More so on big blocks. Have the flange cut out & pipes welded in place.
