68 C10 brake lines ?'s

I have a 68 LB with a Manuel Disc 11" rotors with 6 lug setup in the front & also 6 lug drums in the rear. I have found on the back side of the unit a short wire that has been cut, I would believe it to be some kind of Sensor for the pads and Not stock for the year 68. *** Any help with the location of any #'s/ casting #'s for identification purpous. I think the rear of the truck can use stock lines up to a point where I'll have to adapt some thing to get the Disc/ Calipers hooked up to the system. ***If any body out there has a "link" to how to go about running all new lines with the conversion Disc set up in the front or has the knowledge about this set up I would be indebted to you. Thanks in advance, Marvin
