Manual steering box question
How's it going guys I have a quick question about a manual steering box. I have a 1973 Chevy truck manual steering box and I was wondering if it would work for my 72 cause I seen on one thread that said steering boxes from 67-87 was the same and would interchange so I just wanted to make sure before I go through the trouble of cleaning and painting it. Thanks in advance

Re: Manual steering box question
It should work fine, I think the box in my 70 is out of an 80s van...

Re: Manual steering box question
Yes, but pretty sure there is a change in splines somewhere but I think is was like '78-'79. '73 should be OK either way.
