Metal Dash

If you search here for metal dash you will find an aftermarket metal dash seller but it is far from stock - mostly you install aftermarket gauges and it looks somewhat vertical and squared off.

I toyed with the idea of just fabricating sheet metal over the existing dash, but the corners would need special treatment. Probably spray foam over the cracks and fiberglass over the whole thing is the best option, though some posting here have had mixed results - cracks telegraphing through.

I think a combination of hardwood plywood with hardwood edging would be interesting - still, the corners are the challenge.
