3speed conversion

I have an 71 Blazer with 350(290hp)3speed on the tree, would like to find out if any body out there moved the shifting to floor. I have a Hurst 3speed shifter.where does the shifter land on the edge or one the flat on the tunnel.

Size: 103.1 KB sounds like the 3 speed floor shifters kinda suck. If your having problems with getting jammed up you prolly just need an adjustment and/or 5 dollars worth of bushings. I wouldn't bother with going to the floor with a 3 speed, just get a better trans if you wanna do that. You could have a used tranny in there in a weekend for pretty cheap.

Sorry though can't help ya with the placement of that shifter, I'm sure somebody will come along though.
