2-way radiator caps?

So, I need to add an overflow bottle to my truck. I realize that I need a 2-way radiator cap, but for what kind of vehicle should I look for? The parts store only shows the one-way caps when they look it up by make/model.

Re: 2-way radiator caps?

1992 Dodge W250 with the 5.9 Cummins diesel should work.

Re: 2-way radiator caps?

I think what you are looking for is a "closed system cap". Available at any good parts store. The caps are easily identified because they have two rubber gaskets. One at the bottom of the neck and the other at the top of the neck. This will isolate the overflow. Bruce
