Re: Exterior mirrors

The base mirrors in 71-72? Any and I think every Chevy truck parts place will have them. If you want originals look around in the classified section. Or become a supporting member and place a WTB if you are looking for new GM factory service replacement parts.

Re: Exterior mirrors

The link isn't right and I'm to lazy to try to find them, so not sure what kind you have. I've never seen the base 71/72 mirrors rust out. Is that what you have? Usually, the head gets loose and wobbly or glass breaks

Re: Exterior mirrors

He actually posted a link to an ebay Canada auction listing by a NOS parts bandit down in Florida.
http://m.ebay.ca/itm/121350505400

The actual listing is for the retainer bracket for the square body base mirrors.

No telling what he actually has or the condition without a picture.

Tim often people try to use those silly impossibly long URLs and they don't need to be, at least on eBay.
On eBay I have found that up to the first question mark will work most of the time for listing.
