BBC oil pan differences

Can anyone tell me how to tell a late model big block oil pan from an early model?

Thanks.

Sorry Scott, I looked in all of my books and can't find a decent way to tell. They all just say that a Mark IV and Gen 5 BBC pan is different due to the later engine having a 1 piece rear main seal.
