engine in/engine out height?

Im in the process of installing 3" spindles & have 2 sets of front springs to choose from. Im not quite brave enough to cut a coil off of my springs yet because I dont have an engine/trans in it right now & would rather wait until then to figure the final drop.

One set measures 13.5" & the other is 14". I installed the shorter of the two. Does anyone have a guess on the height difference between the two & the big question I have is how much lower will the truck sit after I drop the engine/trans back in? Thanks...corn
