Re: Is this right?

When you compare the 7 inch and the 8 inch side by side one time then you will be able to spot them easily. 8 inch is 1/2" deeper. I believe the beauty rings are different also. Personally I like the narrow rings from '88 trucks. They let more of the wheel be seen.

Re: Is this right?

Yes, no appearance of any adapter ring, just spring clips all the way around.

I'm trying to cover up flaws! lol

Still looking for some high quality 3" wide beauty rings for my 7" rally wheels. Anyone else have any suggestions? Something aside from chinese trash. I liked the ones recommended here, but they were for 8" rims.

Alright all you JAE guys. I kept looking around on their site, and I found these.

Would you trust these if you had the 7" wheels? I noticed that none of these say they are for any specific wheel. They are just sort of a one size fits all type of deal.

I would go for it. I've been happy with the fit and finish of their product.

Re: Is this right?

Looks like my wheels are actually 8" lol.

Most people here seemed to think that an 87 R10 would have come with 7". No insurance claims on the carfax for the truck, either. So you'd think those are the factory wheels. A little strange.

My '87 R10 came with 15x8 rally wheels.

Re: Is this right?

Took the truck to the tire shop, had them peel a tire off and measure. They're 8" wheels. Jae beauty rings, here I come.
