I've had a 75 Bronco awhile ago I built as a rock crawler and was pretty big on the bronco forums. If you're using factory ford parts, it should be cheap. One thing I would mention to upgrade would be to make what are called "LARS BARS". You mod the radius arms with DOM tubing and lengthen them 6". Add a slight bend to the bar clear the tire during a tight turn. Use a johnny joint in the DOM to frame mount. It will allow more articulation because of less bind on the radius arm. Building yourself a custom 3-link doesn't cost that much more.
