Not my cup of tea, but I am sure he loves it. Not going to see another one any time soon just like it. Brings to mind the old saying; "there's an a** for every seat".

Re: All kinds of Awesome

If I wasn't running it tight for a meeting, I would have stopped to really check it out. Unfortunately, it was gone when my meeting ended. I'd love to hear the horns!

Do you need a Tugboat Skipper's rating to operate that thing?

Well, Rolling Thunder it is. Nice Tim.
It's safe to say he won't ever lose his truck in a parking lot.

Re: All kinds of Awesome

A little off subject, but can you imagine sleeping in that sleeper going down the road.

I pulled a sleeper like that off a Kodiak a few years ago and after looking at it all I could think of was, coffin.

That guy obviously loves that truck, and I'm happy as hell for him. We need to support each other's taste here.

No, but I'll bet the owner wears a white canvas jacket. You know, the kind with the sleeves that cross in the front and strap behind his back with buckles.

I dunno. Maybe he slips out of it when he has to steer, shift and modulate his Mic.

Re: All kinds of Awesome

I used to have a 1986 Chevy box van (minus the box) with a sleeper like that on it and a dually truck bed. Wish I could build one like that!
