58 Frame drawing/dimensions

Hello friends I have my truck apart and want to check if my frame is tweaked....i seem to recall there is a schematic drawing of the frame with dimensions somewhere that may help serve as a baseline for me. Anyone have this?

Thanks in advance,
Mark

Re: 58 Frame drawing/dimensions

If you purchase an assembly manual it will have theses and more to check the frame. It has every dimension on the truck. They are most valuable when restoring

Re: 58 Frame drawing/dimensions

I tried scanning the FAM page, but the type is too small to read. Like dwcsr said Assembly manual will be the best $30 you can spend. Here is some basic info from the Spec manuals at the site in my signature link. The FAM lay out diagrams are much more detailed down to the rivet points and the reference points and dimensions for checking alignment. When checking alignment do not be surprised if it is off a little, the trucks are riveted together to allow movement and usually were self correcting in day to day driving. Mine was about 3/4" off diagonally, but I used it pretty hard off road. Come along pulled it back into square.
