WTB 1976 weight dist. hitch
I just bought a '76 half ton lwb that has option code VR4 weight dist. hitch on the spid. The original hitch is gone. Does anyone have one of these hitches or just a picture of one so I would know what to look for.
The hitch would come in handy because the truck had a chrome rear bumper. |

Still looking for one of these hitches or just a pic of an original one. Anyone got a truck with one?

Ask Yezzi on here. I sold him one of the factory ones a little over a year ago. He should have a picture for you. They are really hard to find as the one I sold him is the only one that I have seen

Re: WTB 1976 weight dist. hitch
I will keep my eyes open. They don't look like the standard aftermarket receivers as the square piece mounts under the bumper and a stamped angled piece goes up to a crossbar that mounts between the frame rails. Very well engineered really. I will look through my old photos and see if I have the pictures I sent to him before I sold it.
