Value on 1974 blazer less than 100 miles?
I'm seriously thinking of buying a 1974 K5 that is the ultimate garage find. Less than 100 documented miles. It is extremely nice paint and interior. Brought back to life with fuel system cleaned out and carb done. All documents original belts hoses and tires etc.
I'll tell you the price is over 25k and driving it would hurt the value so I'm torn. What would you think it's worth? Matt in Reno |

Man 25k for a show piece is a lot of money to me. I know that it's basically nos but still. What would your plans be with it? Is it 2 or 4wd. Manual or stick and what motor?

I had a 76 K5 once, the spare was that same tire. I thought it was something a PO did. That's a cool find, but it would never be worth that to me. The price is one thing, but like you said, you'd hate to drive it.

That blazer was just sold on Barret-Jackson in Las Vegas.

An average person like myself has no use for a truck like that. You either buy that and drive it, killing the "value" or you buy it to look at and not really enjoy.

That's crazy so little miles. Clean nice looking K5 though. I could never spend that much on something and not drive it though haha!
