If they are bagged, what's not safe about them?
These are pics with the air let out.
To drive them, don't they just raise them back up to a safe height?

if you get a flat tire while travelling down the road, no other part of the vehicle shall make contact with the road. in the early to mid 60's it was dropped frt axles to drop the front. in one of my 38 fords in which I had a dropped axle and if I had a flat it would be the axle that would be sitting on the ground. it was pointed out to me by an officer of the law here that it was iilegal. so I raised the front of the vehicle with a Model A rear spring( it looked gasser style). that satisfied the law that I had raised the car but didn't dawn upon them that if I got a flat the vehicle would still be in the same position, sitting on the pavement.
I have not always been okd . it just sounds that way
