Factory 72 Air Cab $?

What does a Air cab go for that needs some normal repair (cab corners rockers, etc)?

I'm interested in changing my 72 4x4 to A/C.

Couple of questions:

1. Are there good after market systems thatuse Factory vents if I install them?

2. If I buy a cab does it have to have the high floor hump because I have a 4x4?

Tahnks to all for the good information on this site!!!!!!

I believe all 4x4's came with a high hump cab to accomodate the 205 shifter. My72' AC cab swb 4x4 is that way.
