the windshield and the back glass was flush mount and it had a twin turbo v8 1000 horse power!!!!

Here is a close-up detail of the back glass... most of my pictures are 'close-ups' of a particular detail of cars/trucks that were there.

It was a flush mount. The style has been around for years in hot rod circles. Many will use a custom cut piece of glass and put a black ring around the perimeter (to hide the adhesive), then glue it in with the black mastic... how new cars are installed. The best install I have seen is where the owner used an acid etch on the perimeter, then used a black paint. Just painting the smooth glass... the paint will scratch and chip off over time. When done right, it is a clean install..
