'72 Blazer F/S- Detailed Description!!

Here is a link to my previous post with pictures:

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...threadid=91289

Asking price is $1300 but I would think a $1000 might get it bought.

I just got back from looking at it again so I can describe it better.

Chassis: Frame looks to be straight with no issues. D44 with discs up front and 12 bolt rear, I believe 3.73 ratio. Power steering and brakes.

Drive Train: D44 with discs up front and 12 bolt rear, I believe 3.73 ratio. TH350 Automatic with NP205 x-case both working well. 350c.i. blue motor with 2 barrel carb, needs some help but runs.

Body:

- Both front fenders and inner fenders have some rust. Hood is good.
- Inner and outer grill are solid driver quality.
- Passenger '72 door has a little rust in both corners but very fixable with no speaker holes. Drivers door is pre-'72 and in nice shape with no rust.
- Driver floor pan, kick panel, rocker, and quarter panel behind door have been repaired with patch panels. Seems to be a decent job but still needs smoothed and finished.
- Passenger floor needs a little work where the floor pan meets the kick panel, needs rocker and inner rocker, quarter panel patch.
- Both rocker boxes need some patching. The drivers side had been cut back some but no patch installed.
- Rear quarters are pretty straight for the exception of the areas already mentioned.
- Tailgate is straight on the outside but a few spot welds have come loose on the outer skin. Easy fix. Bowed on the inside.
- The double wall top is in good shape with no major defects.
- The rear hatch will need a T-handle and a little repair to a crack where the handle mounts, typical but not near as bad as some I've seen.
- Uncut dash.
- No rear seat
- The rear floor has rust around the wheel wells and rear corners.
- Aluminum wheels with 33" tires. A little tread left yet.

Well, that's about it for now! Give Marvin a call, 303-279-1720 with any questions or shoot me an email and I'll try to answer as best I can.
