Wondering... If I decided to find another cab for my son's truck.

I think so. Are you looking to replace the entire cab or just getting one for parts. This comes up a lot on cab swaps. Can be lots of issues when swapping complete cabs with the vin number on the cab and chassis not matching.

They are swapable. But as said you'll have Vin issues.

Yes the cabs are all interchangeable. I would check with your local DMV to see what is needed to make a cab swap legal.

60-63 have different doors than 64-66. If you are going to use the doors that are all ready on the replacement cab you'll be fine but if your switching doors you might run into problems.

We are going to use the doors too. Tonight we are going to go an purchase a 1966 C30 dually... No bed on it.
292 with SM420. Pretty cool! |
