Was 2WD steering stabilizer an option? What RPO?
I ordered the "sidewalk shock absorber" steering stabilizer for my '70 Longhorn 2WD (hope it fits a 2500, just thought of that...).
I'm wondering if it was a factory option, and if so, what the RPO code would be. My truck lists stabilizer equip already, but I assume that's the sway bar? Thanks! Dave

F59 was the front sway bar option not a steering stabilizer.

Re: Was 2WD steering stabilizer an option? What RPO?
My 67 C-20 came with the Steering Dampner/stabilizer... I have removed it and have it laying on the floor... I am still trying to figure out what I am going to do with it... I only know it isxn't going back on the truck...
