Has anyone seen or done an alternate antenna mount on their truck?

Re: Antenna Mount Alternate

Maybe one of the hidden antennas? They can be found on eBay and Amazon everywhere.

The P.O. of my truck frenched in a power antenna behind the passenger door. It works, but I haven't hooked it up yet since I really don't use the radio.

Re: Antenna Mount Alternate

I like that flat antenna mount idea, won't hold water like a frenched unit would.

That looks great - Thanks. I didnt know an antenna mount would make that angle like your does.
(I was refering to standing water that would accumulate in a frenched set-up).

Re: Antenna Mount Alternate

I was thinking of using one like on the newer Chevy pickups. I already have a small hole ehere I used to have a magnetic XM antenna so it would be out of the way.
