70s stepside fender on 80s stepside bed box
I am looking to get a driver's side stepside fender for my 84 and I am considering a 70s fender with the marker hole. I assume yes, but does the holes to mount the fender on my 80s bed box line up? And how about my 80s steps on the 70s fender? Just looking for confirmation. I would have the marker hole filled in

Re: 70s stepside fender on 80s stepside bed box
Its my understanding that the box is the same down to 1954. The fender holes changed a bit over the years obviously. I would think the 73-87 fenders would have the same bolt holes in the box. I cant say on the 80 step piece but I`ll bet they would interchange knowing how GM is.
