I need help on a transfer case and transmission.
I have a buddy that cracked his transfer case screwing around. To get it home he put 2 quarts if 80-90w in.
He has a 03 2500 with a 4l80e and np243. I know the np243 takes atf, but does it share a sump with the transmission? The transfer case is ****ed so it is getting replaced. If it does share a sump just drain it and change the filter.

The transfer case is a sealed unit. Check the trans dipstick just to be sure. I would
