Re: Front sway bar mounting hardware..

Are you mounting a sway bar from a 1 ton truck? I ended up using different sources - bushings from AZProPerformance (a vendor here), shorter frame-mounted brackets from CPP that I found on eBay, and I think I got the bushing brackets/straps from LMC. There is a thread somewhere, too, by TXFirefighter, I'll find it....

You can get everything you need to install your front sway bar from Early Classic Enterprises in Fresno California

Re: Front sway bar mounting hardware..

We got it done with the Energy Suspension mounts and bushings from ebay.
Thanks for the help guys.

I mounted directly to the frame since I have the 5.5" drop... Its gonna be a while before I know if that was the right thing to do...

Re: Front sway bar mounting hardware..

I have seen others mount directly to the frame with no problems. I assume you had to drill holes to match.

yep.. I mounted to the A-arms and them marked the holes for the frame mounts so there was no guessing...
