WTB: Looking for OEM 4x4 bracket tie rod - steering stabilizer

Need the correct OEM bracket that affixes the steering damper (shock) to the tie rod for a 4x4 - for use in my 72 K10.

Thanks,

Pete

Not sure, but I believe 1972 was the first year they put the steering stabilizer on a GM 4x4 truck. I've owned a few pre-72's and none of the front Dana 44's had the mounting bracket welded on the axle tube like my 72's do, not even my matching # 71 4x4. If you see a steering stabilizer on a pre '72 dana 44, its usually aftermarket. Maybe look at a 1973 4x4 and up too.

Huh - that's interesting. I seem to recall my 71 Blazer had a stabilizer but yeah that could have been added. Anyone else know if this was a '72 only part?

Warn / Factory installed hubs ( factory won't say warn on the black dial knob ) came on the change over from Dana 44 to Corp 10bolt , yes they could have been changed .

Any chance there may be someone out there that knows where I could find the same mounting bracket? I have the mount on the axle but need the part that mounts to the tie rod also.

Only Spicer hubs from the factory, Warn would be aftermarket or dealer installed.
