Welcome aboard!

Not to be a "pendant" but what you have posted is called a "SPID" label (Service Parts ID label). It is a service document to help identify replacement parts for when the vehicle is in the consumer's ownership.

A build sheet looks like the document posted below, and is used to help faciliate the build in the assembly plant.
