Its a greenlee that I had and used in all my trucks. Not the type you have but a really well built box

i chose a smaller one. its perfect for what i need to store in it and it leaves room for my gas can bracket and my spare tire has some room too.

i hate the looks of the ones that stick out over the bedsides

I have low cost insurance on my truck, as a 'pleasure vehicle', non daily driver. They went out of their way to tell me if i had a bed mounted tool box my insurance was not valid.
