Re: Bagged 65 c10. AKA the periwinkle pile
Just went through this whole thread, build is SO sick. Stealing some of your ideas for sure hahaha, your fab skills are stupid good dude.
Also saw your Boh sticker which made me check your location, I work 5 minutes from Riverside, in Belcamp. Looking for a cleanish '63-'66 to do a similar thing with. On air, just not with Accuair money haha and I don't have your fab skills at all. If you know of any 63-66 trucks around the area though let me know man, i'm on the hunt! |

Re: Bagged 65 c10. AKA the periwinkle pile
Thanks so much guys
Slamgears where do you work? Riverside/belcamp is the same area really. I live like 200 yards from the arbys right there at the 543 intersection. Ill keep an eye out for a truck for you. If your local swing by the garage sometime. Its down in joppa about 6 miles from belcamp |

Re: Bagged 65 c10. AKA the periwinkle pile
I work for Gemalto, down on 40 in the business park with Booz Allen and all the military contractors. Yeah I go right up 543 on my way home, used to live in Essex but I just bought a house in PA to get out of MD. I figured by your pictures as big as your shop looked it couldn't be anywhere right in Belcamp haha So I guess you're down off 40 or route 7 somewhere?
And yeah I've seen a couple trucks but far from anything for a build. Hoping something pops up up here or in MD so I don't have to go drive 3 or 4 hours just to get something. |

Re: Bagged 65 c10. AKA the periwinkle pile
The garage unit i rent is down off 40 in joppa. Not too big, 20x25 but it gets the job done. Got a few buddies building some cool projects in there units too

Re: Bagged 65 c10. AKA the periwinkle pile
Just realized i havent posted on here in FOREVER. Truck is out and about running pretty good. Had some bugs to work out but all in all, no complaints. My buddy got the GMC grille in, needs to find a tailgate to match eventually, but for now itll do. Heres some photos i took over the past few months. The truck has managed to get a few pics on accuairs instagram page, the feedback has been pretty killer......

I really like what you did with the tailgate.
. . In case you wonder what the truck might look like in a different color. .

Re: Bagged 65 c10. AKA the periwinkle pile
Thanks for the kind words on the pictures guys, just started messing with photography like 6 months ago. Learning a lot from a good friend of mine.
Those photoshop colors are pretty wild! Kinda cool to see it totally different |
