Rear window crank problems !2
Hello, I am attempting to fix my manual rear window winder. Last week it stopped raising and lowering the window. It broke on the inside. It just spins. I purchased a new one and installed it. I am positive it is in the same way the old one was, and all this one does is spin. I also need to change the lock cylinder. These things cannot be that difficult! I have knocked my head against the wall for hours attempting to figure this out. Can anyone help me out?

it acts as if it were locked. the "c" part on the crank fits on the "t" part on the arms that move the window. the "c" part does not turn the "t" part. the crank spins all the way around, both ways. Not sure how to get the "c" part to remain in place.
make sense??
