NP-208 Transfer case problems
when I stop the truck you can here a bit of a wining noise in the transfer case, as soon as I take off, it makes a funny grinding noise, I put it into 4hi for a couple of seconds and take it out when Im starting to move, it goes away. It also wont make the grinding noise at all when my hubs are locked in, what the heck is going on in there?

There are plastic tabs on the shift forks, they may have finally worn out, thus causing the shift fork not to travel all of the way into or out of gear.
