Went for a test drive, and as is the general consensus, wow. I feel like I picked up 100 hp. I am throttle steering the truck in first and second. I actually scared myself a couple times. The only issue is it seems to be hesitant to come down from rpm when the load is removed (clutching or decelerating). I have to give the throttle a blip for it to come down. I'll have to make sure the linkage isn't binding. I noticed I can get in and out of the garage without using the throttle if I am easy with the clutch. I used to have to play with the throttle like crazy with the carb to keep it from stalling. More work to do and I still want to tighten things up but pretty pleased in the big jump in power and crazy throttle response.
