Mine was related to linkage.
I originally had the linkage in the middle hole. Then I saw a video where Ken (Fitech) recommended using the upper most hole. That did the trick for me.

I was just reading in car craft how the new hot rods are set up intentionally to drop rpm slow for emissions and was hoping that wasn't the case with this- slowing down decal to help keep the O2 sensor clean or something crazy like that.
