Re: slotted mags ID???
This is my Dad's 1970 C10. These are Western Wheel 6 lug slots. He bought them new in 1975 after he replaced the 5 lug ET slots that were bolted on his truck with adapters.
I now have those ET slots on my 1972 C15 that also have a "uni-lug" system to bolt them to almost any 5 lug bolt pattern 5 on 5 or smaller. Gary

Re: slotted mags ID???
I have inquired about a set of 6 lug, 15" x 10", they are asking $690 plus shipping.
No center caps, so hope the 4 1/8" caps on my steel wagon wheels will fit.

Re: slotted mags ID???
that is way to much for these old wheels, I see them at swapmeets all the time for under $200.00 for a set, there is a big swapmeet in Sacramento next month, I can see what I can find, are you looking for 15 x 10" or would 15 x 8" work? another thing, if they are going on a 4 wheel drive the center holes have to be bigger than 2 wheel drive, It looks like your avatar pic is a 2 wheel drive...the older wheels from the 70's were not usually polished , they were a more milled/brushed look, not sure if you want highly polished, they would be more money ,are the ones you are inquiring about polished? if so, they may be worth $300- $400 for the set

Back in the 70s many tire shops were reluctant to work on aluminum wheels since they were easily damaged. I bought mine from a Goodyear store so they changed mine. They were a lot of work to keep shiney since wheels back then were not clear coated. I used a simichrome polish, an old t-shirt and my fingers to polish those dudes, regularly. Nice shiney aluminum wheels apparently attract dogs too. ![]() Hang onto yours bud.

Re: slotted mags ID???
I feel weird responding to the original poster since this question is nearly 10 years old, but maybe it will help others.

Just do a Google search for "Jeep Wagoneer slot mags" for all the pictures you care to look at. Here is an image from a Jeep website...(sorry about the huge picture) ![]() |

Now I have another question, currently using lug nuts with tapered seats, do slots require another profile nut?

Re: slotted mags ID???
The Jeep wheels use normal tapered lugnuts rather than "mag" style lugnuts like many aftermarket wheels use. Another cool benefit to using a factory wheel.
