Only help I an offer is that the distance between the front glass and the steering wheel would be a 6 1/8", that could set your column position.

Put a straight edge horizontally across the opening, should get you close.

12 inches to the top side of the rim from the factory AD column mount. Fit to match the wheel you are running so the wheel won't be in the wrong spot like the late model wheel is on my 48.
This is in my 51 1-1/2 ton.
