Auto transmission line routing help

Purchased pre bent tranny lines, do they route along the frame rail or on top of the front cross member under the oil pan?

This picture may help. 1969, 350, TH400, 3/4 ton. There should be a couple clips to hold them together as they pass above the cross member.

here are a few from my install. (th400 to 2004r)
have a clip that uses one of the oil pan bolts to hold the lines over the cross member

It was just easier... I have no complaints, lines worked perfect and i had the $$
