ok...it's CUT, and I don't remember EVER cutting it, so HOPEFULLY when I replace it today, it will fix some of my small electrical problems....

Run a new Battery cable size ground from the starter to the frame.

BTW: Did you get the strap installed? Mine looks pretty nasty from all the oil that has leaked on it in the past. Can you buy them new from the dealer? Are there different lengths? How much do they cost?

A good heavy flat braided ground strap from the frame to one of the bell housing bolts will work better than using an insulated cable & having it melt against the headers...corn
