Angry Brothers Truck Parts

Has anyone else had trouble getting their parts from Brothers?
I ordered springs and shackles for my truck march 9th.
They confirmed the order on the 10th, but the shackles were back ordered.
So I wait, and wait, and wait......
Finally, I called and after being put on hold for a LONG time, I was told that all my parts would be here today.
Guess what----- no shackles!!!!!
I went with these guys because they were cheaper than LMC, and I've ordered from them in the past, but I may be rethinking my parts source after this!

Re: Brothers Truck Parts

Noticing a trend of disappointment with Brothers. I only used them for a couple small pieces on a project a few years ago without any major issues. I suppose LMC will remain my main source on any re-pop parts. Hope you can get it sorted out!
