Need help with leaf spring poly bushing install

I'm trying to install some energy suspension polyurethane bushings but they seem to be too wide. The shackle will not go back on. I ordered part number 3.2126R. They fit in the leaf spring eyelet perfectly, and that was without removing the metal sleeve.

My buddy didn't have any issues when he installed his, but he doesn't remember what part numbers he ordered.

I'm not positive but I think they make those bushings in 2 different thicknesses/widths. I though somebody would clear that up by now. Maybe give Energy a call to see what they say.

After getting no where through their website I gave them a call. It turns out 3.2126 are shackle bushings only. To get the leaf spring bushings you have to order 3.2108 which includes leaf spring bushings and shackle bushings.

Went ahead and ordered 3.2108, now I'm going to have a total of 6 sets of shackle bushings I don't need. I ordered lowering shackles which already came with poly bushings.

3.2126 includes 4 total bushings, I ordered two before I knew what I now know.
