What clutch? 68 350/muncie 4 speed

What clutch do you recommend?
Sbc 350 mild street build. Muncie m20 with hurst cp shifter. Be a cruiser and every once in a blue moon a hauler.
Would 11in work? 10.5? Doesnt have to be a brute. I might be pushing 300tq .... more like 250tq but better to over prepare.
Anyone?

I would go with the 12" that came stock on these due to greater longevity over an 11" or smaller.
