New member in Fort Worth

Hi everyone. Greetings from Texas.

Although I do not currently own a 67-72 pickup I had in the past.

It was the first vehicle in my life. I'm 31 and my father bought me a 72 Chevy Cheyenne lwb.

It was our first father son project working on the weekends until I got my license and was then released into the driving world. When I turned 19 I traded a buddy for a 92 Iroc. I still regret that desicion to this day. I hadn't known what that truck should have meant to me at the time until later in life.


Now I am trying to look for another truck. It's something I'll keep for life until my son is ready to have it and it will be passed to him. He will learn how to work on cars just as I learned and gained a passion for on my 72.
