whats this wiring plug for?

1971 c10 402 with a/c. I found it wrapped up behind the distributer after doing a hei swap. Looks like 2 brown wires, 1 with a white strip on one side and i think a blue wire for the other side of the plug. I cant find anything unpluged and everything seems to work. Thanks

Re: whats this wiring plug for?

Nice try, but no. A/c clutch has its plug on it and works. Im kind of stumped. Ive tried looking at wiring diagrams but cant find a plug end with 2 browns and a blue.

I think its for TCS (transmission controlled spark), emissions control connecting to your transmission, only allowing vacuum advance in high gears.

Re: whats this wiring plug for?

Never mind. I just looked up what a tcs does. I guess someone deleted it and taped up the wires. I'll just tape them back up.

If in fact that is what they are for, they don't need to be hooked up even if you could.
