Unhappy 1975 proportioning valve

I need a new proportion valve and cannot find one ------------------- or even a rebuild kit would be great ,,,,,,, any help is a miracle

Pretty sure CPP makes a universal prop valve. I installed one and seems to work as it's supposed to.
